The ESSNA Policies

We are very proud in Peru Baby Lama to comply with the ESSNA policies.

Our ESSNA policies are in compliance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Travel and Tourism Agencies Regulations. Peru Baby Lama has subscribed to the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). In this way, we reaffirm our organizational code of ethics and firmly reject, denounce, and condemn any practice related to sexual abuse and exploitation of minors in Peru and around the world. Our team is fully dedicated to fight this crime.

What can we do to prevent the problem from growing?

On one hand, we can maintain a stance of rejection towards violation of ESNNA policies. We could also emphasize the penalty of imprisonment.

On the other hand, we have and we will immediately report any case of violation of ESNNA policies to the Public Ministry or the National Police.

Third, and last, we are inviting to keep in mind the telephone numbers of:

  • Ministry of the Interior: hotline 0800-2-3232
  • Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (Emergency Women’s Center): hotline 100
  • National Police (nearest police station) and Prosecutor’s Office.
  • Children and Adolescent Ombudsmen.

We will also recomand you to do not hesitate and denounce immediatly any sispicious act.

We accept, subscribe to, and promote the law that penalizes the improper practice of Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents. Everyone should and must act directly.
